Features
Offline Mode
If you choose to set up a Luigi Terminal, you do not require constant internet access. Regardless of whether there is internet access, staff can sign in and out via Luigi Terminal. Once there is an internet connection, the information will automatically sync to your account.
Locations
If using the mobile app, Luigi Time will allocate the staff member to the nearest existing location at the time of sign in based on their GPS location. It is important to keep all the existing locations updated to generate an accurate report and inform staff where they need to be to sign in for their shift.
Teams
You can use Teams to organise your staff groups relevant to your business. For example, you can group certain type of staff together based on their positions, which location(s) they work from and/or what clients they work with. You are able to limit reports to specific teams to allow you to keep track of how many hours are being clocked up by a ‘Team’.
Visiting Companies
If you use agency staff or any third parties on your work site(s), you can set up a ‘Visiting Company’ and any person(s) signing in from that company will have to identify which company they are from. This will allow you to keep track of all third parties accessing your work site. You are able to view reporting for each visiting company.
Search Filters
You are able to search your records based on an individual, Team or Location for a chosen period of time.
Visitors
Anyone who is not entered in your employee database will have to sign in as a visitor. You can view anyone who has signed in and it will let you know if they are an employee or visitor. Visitors will need to provide their full name and phone number to sign in as a visitor along with the Business PIN.
If you are using the mobile app for visitor sign ins you will need to provide visitors with your Business PIN to allow them to link to your Luigi Time account. This is a 6 digit code located on the top of your Business Dashboard.
You can add a visitor as an employee and their details will be saved to the employee database. It is important to check that the name provided by the employee is the same as that in your records.
Employees
Use this tab to view all employees added to your database. All employees that have been entered into your employee database will be able to sign in and out with their mobile number as the system will recognize their register.
On this tab you have the option to add a new employee or edit a current employee’s details. You can also inactivate an employee.
